Based on the short text “The Three Principal Aspects of the Path” by the Tibetan yogi and scholar Tsongkhapa (1357-1419) – we will explore the entire path to Awakening with an experiended teacher Stephen Pende.
You will explore a wide spectrum of meditation and mindfulness practices from simple breathing meditation to the most profound practice of non-meditation. The retreat is suitable for beginners of any background who want to start their journey with profound and easy to apply techniques and experienced students who want to deepen their practice.
Dwelling deep within our heart, and within the hearts of all beings without exception, is an inexhaustible source of love and wisdom. And the ultimate purpose of all spiritual practices, whether they are called Buddhist or not, is to uncover and make contact with this essentially pure nature.
