Drop-ins allow flexibility, just drop by whenever is most convenient for you and listen to the teaching or meditate with others. Our drop-ins aim to satisfy a diversity of needs and interests: introductions, meditations, interactive sessions, and group practices.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience of meditation. If there are beginners, we adapt to their needs. For more experienced practitioners, it is a great opportunity to meditate with others and maintain a regular meditation practice.
