Drop- in Meditations is a chance to develop your daily practice and meditate with a group of like-minded people. We develop our attention skills by practicing Shamatha (calm abiding) and constructive wholesome mental states as Loving Kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity.

Facilitator: Zarina Osmonalieva has an undergraduate degree in psychology and PhD in entrepreneurship. She has been studying Buddhist philosophy in Europe and India. She is a certified Iyengar Yoga and Cultivating Emotional Balance teacher.
