Gratitude is one of the constructive mental states that makes us happier in our relationships, counteracts depression, and even impacts our physical health. We will explore and experiment with gratitude meditation, do some readings on research about gratitude, and do reflective writing.

Zarina Osmonalieva has an undergraduate degree in psychology and PhD in entrepreneurship. She has been studying Buddhist philosophy in Europe and India. She is a certified Iyengar Yoga and Cultivating Emotional Balance teacher.
