An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Thursday, repeating until May 2, 2019
Guided meditation is the meditation facilitated by a facilitator or teacher. Everyone is welcome, no prior experience required!
Guided meditations on Thursdays are inspired by the teachings of Dr. Alan Wallace, which offer a stepwise approach to developing attention skills and mental states leading to well-being and constructive relationships with others and the world.
We learn the art of relaxation, explore the stillness of our minds, and develop joy, loving-kindness, compassion, and equanimity.
This is a perfect opportunity to rejuvenate our minds and bodies, restore the energy after a workday, and create the habit of meditation.
Every week there is a new mix of meditations. Guided meditation is open for beginners and those who already have meditation experience.
