We will examine the nature of the mind, its functions, divisions, objects, causes. We will discuss mind and mental factors, the nature of afflictions, and how we can improve the quality of our lives - by mind training.

Du får gedigna kunskaper om visualisering-meditation och introduktion till Kriya-tantra. Kriya, Action Tantra är det första man bekantar sig med när man börjar studera Tantra / Vajrayana. Denna kurs har utvecklats av Rob Preece - med ledning av Lama Yeshe. Lama Yeshe uppmuntrade Rob att kombinera västerländsk psykologi och Tantra. - Det är önskvärt att du som deltagare har grundläggande kunskaper om Buddhistisk meditation.
