During this weekend we´ll dive deeper into the mind training: you´ll understand your mind and how to train in meditation. We will examine the nature of the mind, its functions, divisions, objects, causes. We will discuss mind and mental factors, the nature of afflictions, and how we can improve the quality of our lives - by mind training.

Under denna kurs får du bekanta dig med olika slags meditationer, förstå att det är i mångt och mycket kunskap och teknik det handlar om - att börja med. Sedan handlar det om att inte släppa taget; kontinuitet, och inte ha förväntningar. Det som skiljer Buddhistisk meditation från annat är att dess syfte är långsiktig: att utveckla konstruktiva mentala sinnestillstånd, att verkligen ta hand om ditt liv och medvetande. Avslappningen är ett medel bland andra, att nå dit. Du lär dig använda meditation som "verktyg" för mental hygien och ökad livskvalité. Vi börjar och avslutar varje session med meditation. Du hittar säkert någon form av meditation som passar just för dig som nybörjare. Välkommen!
