Här får du testa olika slags meditationer, förstå att det är i mångt och mycket kunskap och teknik det handlar om. Det långsiktiga syftet just med Buddhistisk meditation är att utveckla konstruktiva mentala sinnestillstånd, avslappning är ett medel bland andra, att nå dit. Du lär dig använda meditation som "verktygslåda" för mental hygien och välmående på sikt - och hur gå vidare efter denna introduktionskurs. Vi börjar med korta meditationer och ökar successivt.
