During this weekend we´ll dive deeper into the mind training: you´ll understand your mind and how to train in meditation. We will examine the nature of the mind, its functions, divisions, objects, causes. We will discuss mind and mental factors, the nature of afflictions, and how we can improve the quality of our lives - by mind training.
Join on the teachings and discussions about the Bodhisattva way of life at 21 st century; it includes discussions about Buddhism and Activism, as well as race, gender, and the ecosattva path. All in the light of the Buddhist Science of Mind. With a highly qualified teacher; you get a unique opportunity to meet Professor and author Jan Willis.
You have an opportunity to join this longer course about the 37 practices - and learn more about the practices on the Bodhisattva Path. You can study together with others, entire six months; starting with weekend teachings in October, then six online teachings à one hour with Q&A - and ending in March 2020 with weekend teachings again. - This will lighten up your (and our) long Nordic winter!
