Buddhism is often called for "The Science of Mind". Buddhist philosophy and psychology have many methods that can be helpful for us, in our complex life situations. This requires study and practice, in other words; training of our minds. There is no "quick fix", but there are valid methods, proven since hundreds and hundreds of years. Lozang Yönten is a very qualified and experienced teacher. - This weekend retreat includes talks, guided meditations, and times for discussion / questions and answers.
What is the "Bodhicitta"? What is the awaken mind and how to meditate on it? We need to know that before we sit down and want to meditate on Bodhicitta (or compassion e t c). - Now we get one more opportunity to download wisdom and move on our Bodhisattva Path !
