Zarina is the Media Manager at Yeshin Norbu. She is a certified Cultivating Emotional Balance trainer and Iyengar Yoga teacher. Zarina is a Buddhist practitioner since 2008 and has been leading courses at Yeshin Norbu since 2018. She holds a PhD degree in industrial economics and organization, and she wants to dedicate her life to studying Buddhist philosophy and psychology.
This semester Zarina is leading our Buddhism in a Nutshell and Introduction to Buddhist Meditation courses, lunch time drop-in mindfulness meditation (on Tuesdays and Wednesdays), Iyengar yoga for beginners and our “We practice together” evenings.
Kristina Spegel is a licenced psychologist, yin yoga and meditation teacher with her own training since 15 years. She is also certified in CBMT/Corporate Based Mindfulness Training and holds lectures and trainings around Sweden with a focus on meditation training and the mental strategies of presence, kindness, patience, non-judgment and joy. Some of Kristina’s teachers are: Magdalena Mecweld, Kent Nyström, Jon Kabat Zinn, Stephan Pende, Glenn Svensson, Roshi Joan Hallifax.
At Yeshin Norbu Kristina leads Yin yoga with mental strategies.
Stig came in contact with Kum Nye Yoga during a course/retreat at Nyingma Institute in Berkeley, California 1996/97. Since 1998 he has led courses and retreats mainly in the Gothenburg area, and periodically also online. For the past five years, Stig studied with Arnaud Maitland, in Kum Nye Teacher Trainings level 1-4.
